Group / Centre Activities

My Core Support promotes independence and individuality through a range of group and centre-based activities to NDIS participants in Sunshine.

Community Participation

Community participation is crucial for all people, irrespective of their gender and other factors, for mental and overall well-being. My Core Support provides NDIS community access with proper assistance along with social and community participation activities to build their social skills.

Household Tasks

To maintain a healthy and hygienic life, doing household tasks are a must. At My Core Support, we support NDIS participants to retain their independence within their homes by helping them with an array of household tasks.

Development of Life Skills

At My Core Support, our mission and goal are to help participants live autonomously by not only assisting them with their personal care and household tasks but also helping them build their confidence to face life’s challenges.

Innovative Community Participation

Some participants would require activities that are not included in the generic community participation activities due to their needs and requirement. My Core Support provides innovative community participation for these participants.

Daily Tasks/ Shared Living

Handling daily tasks while living in shared accommodation can be a little difficult. However, My Core Support offers Supported Independent Living (SIL) services where we assist participants with daily tasks or provide supervision for the same.

Assist - Travel / Transport

There are many people with disabilities who find it difficult to access transport or travel on their own. At My Core Support, we offer NDIS transport services for participants in Melbourne and Sunshine.

Assist Personal Activities high
